A wedding is probably the most personal event you will ever organise. At Englefield we recognise this and will work with you to ensure every detail of your day is just right. We do not have a prescribed format and offer a bespoke service to ensure that your event matches your personal tastes and style.

Englefield Garden is a beautiful and romantic location and looks stunning from spring through to autumn. Sarah Armstrong and Daryl Andrews selected Englefield Garden as the venue for their October wedding.

The couple were married at 3.30pm at St Mark’s Church which is located on the Estate and only a short distance from Englefield House and Garden. Following the service the wedding party processed from the church along our oak-lined drive.

A champagne reception was then held on our formal lawn with Englefield House as the backdrop and our Deer Park and the Berkshire countryside providing magnificent views. Guests were free to explore the 12 acre garden and the bride and groom were spoilt for choice for locations for their photographs.

While we are able to advise on trusted suppliers such as caterers, we also offer complete flexibility and Sarah and Daryl chose one of the UK’s leading catering companies Rhubarb for their wedding. Dinner was served in a stunning marquee supplied and erected by Wiltshire based Covered Occasions. A live band then accompanied the guests while they celebrated into the night before carriages at midnight.
